  ， Explore the appropriate theory and methods of voluntary service and social welfare;  
  ， Make deep researches on voluntary service and social welfare;  
  ， Make case studies with field investigations;  
  ， Set up a base of social investigation and practice for the students of Beijing Universitysity;  
  ， Provide individuals, governments and NGOs with training on volunteering and social welfare;  
  ， Provide governments at all levels with policy guidance, recommendation, and evaluation service;  
  ， Develop academic exchanges and cooperation with research organizations on volunteering and welfare at home and aboard.  
       
     
    RCVW will focus on the education and training in the field of volunteering and social welfare, and integrate academic research with training and promotion..
